Jessie was an incredible being who was our matriarch until her passing at just shy of 15 years old. She took up too much of the bed and lived for "pizza bones" but her incredible persona, work ethic, showmanship and ability to pass that onto her offspring will leave her presence in the springer world forever. Like her mother Geri, grandmother Bee, great grandmother Daisy she was an exceptional producer with each sire lucky enough to be paired with her. It was an honor to be on the end of the lead, at the side of the whelping box, to share our bed, couch, pizza and a large part of our lives. 

Jessie finished easily in both Canada and the US.

She was RWB at the 2006 ESSCC Nationals and WB at all the supported shows and finished under breeder judge Marie Merchant from Australia.

Her first trip to the US netted her two 4 point majors.

Her CD and RN in both countries including a 2nd place at the 2011 US Nationals where she was also 3rd in a very strong Brood Bitch class with sons Buddy and Crosby.

In her later years she was Best In Veteran Sweepstakes and Best Brood Bitch at the 2012 ESSCC Nationals and qualified in obedience.

She repeated the Best In Veteran Sweeps and Best Brood Bitch at the 2013 ESSCC Nationals

At the 2014 ESSCC Nationals she was Best Veteran, Select Bitch, Best Brood Bitch under Virginia Lyne and was High In Class in the All Breed Rally trial now at 9 years of age.

Her ability to pass on her springer type in both conformation and character resulted in many titled offspring among them:
